Cynthia Brasher
Cynthia Brasher is a wife of 31 years and mom to a 22yo daughter just beginning grad school at the University of Alabama and a 20yo son who serves as a Corporal in the USMC stationed at Camp Pendleton. She graduated from Chelsea High School as did her husband, Don, and both children, Savannah and Logan. She has served with Hope’s Door as part of the ministry team at King’s Home for the past few years. She gave her life to the Lord in 1999 and has held various ministry positions, mostly focused around handling money God’s way. Cynthia has a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and works in biotech as a Regional Business Director in Oncology covering the Southeast.
Renita Harrigan
Renita Harrigan is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Alabama with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UAB and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Talladega College. She has over 19 years of experience working with individuals and families dealing with issues pertaining to mental health, child welfare, relationships, family structures, and self-love. Her spiritual development grew over the years as she served in the ministries of outreach, events, growth track, pastoral care, and small groups at her church. She feels serving others allows people to experience the love of Christ in action.
